Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of retail store experience in a front-end role.

• Experience reading financial reports and managing budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end staff with coaching, orientation, and development.
• Manage scheduling, performance, and compensation for direct reports.
• Oversee store operations and communicate changes to department employees.
• Balance cash office and maintain budgets to meet financial targets.
• Ensure product presentation, merchandising, and inventory control aligns with standards.
• Uphold OH&S and food safety and company policies.
• Deliver superior customer service and build customer loyalty.
