Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of retail store experience; front-end leadership preferred.
• Strong budgeting, labour cost control and merchandising knowledge.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and develop department staff to foster customer loyalty and engagement.
• Oversee department budgets, inventory control, presentation, and merchandising per policy.
• Lead store operations, supervise direct reports, and implement training and performance plans.
• Ensure health, safety, and company program compliance.
