Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Head Cashier who guides front end teams to deliver a great shopping experience. You will coach, train and develop Front End and Lot Associates and help with scheduling and handling escalated customer issues.

Lead the front end, ensure smooth checkout operations, and drive GET behaviours to maintain high morale and accuracy across the team in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years Retail or Cash experience an asset.
• Minimum 1 year leading people.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient checkouts and manage queue at registers
