Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 12 months retail store experience.
• Ability to read and analyze budgets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Front-End Manager in department operations.
• Lead, coach, and train staff.
