Your Independent Grocer, part of Loblaw Companies, is seeking a capable Manager to influence store performance in British Columbia. You will lead a team, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold merchandising and operating standards across the department.

We value experienced leaders who can coach colleagues, meet financial targets, and create an engaging, growth-oriented work environment while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior department-specific experience.
