Calgary Co-op is seeking a Customer Service Cashier to ensure customer service excellence and a safe, efficient operation across our front-end. You will handle checkout, cash, and merchandise with care, while following health, safety and store policies.

This role involves stocking displays, assisting customers, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Fluency in English, previous retail cashier experience, and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualificações

• Grade 9 or acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Related retail experience, including the provision of customer service

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service and maintain positive customer relations through proper handling of customer merchandise, questions, comments, requests, and complaints.
• Stock and display products around candy/magazine racks and front end displays.
• Handle merchandise ensuring quality, minimizing damages, and ensuring price integrity including price changes.
• Perform general cleanup duties to keep the department neat and organized and manage stock/receipts as needed.
• Follow Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental regulations to ensure staff and customer safety.
