Job summary

Wood Automotive Group in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the friendly first contact for visitors, guests and staff. You will manage a multi-line phone system, assist with inquiries, and ensure a smooth, welcoming front-desk experience.

Qualifications

• First point of contact for guests, customers and team members; friendly, dependable and organized.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and route inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and visitor records, databases, and profiles with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answering and referring inbound telephone calls in a friendly manner and directing inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Greet, welcome, and assist visitors in a friendly and professional way.
• Maintain visitor logs, customer profiles, and administrative records with accuracy.
• Monitor reception and waiting areas to ensure a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
• Support scheduling, data entry, mail distribution, and other clerical duties as required.
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
