Role Description

Mosaic Recruitment Agency is currently seeking a part-time, on-site Front Desk & Sales Coordinator for a well-established event and hospitality client in Ottawa. The role involves sales coordination, customer service, communication, and sales operations tasks on a day-to-day basis.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives on multitasking, and has a passion for both customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally
  • Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries
  • Convert walk-in leads into bookings
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, invoicing, and scheduling
  • Support event coordination tasks such as signage setup and onsite logistics

Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
