As the Concierge, you will wear a variety of hats! The front desk is the heartbeat of our community—residents and guests might stop by to find out about the calendar of events, check on a package, report a maintenance issue, or just chat about their day.

The ideal candidate must have an outgoing, warm, friendly personality with strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor are required, along with the ability to stay calm in emergency situations.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have Standard First Aid Certification (mandatory)
• Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with ease
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, families, staff, and visitors

Successful candidates will require a clear Police check to work with the Vulnerable Sector.
