Front Desk Receptionist - Casual position (mainly for night and weekend shifts)

We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Concierge.

As the Concierge, you will wear a variety of hats! The front desk is literally the heartbeat of our community – it’s the place where residents and guests might stop by to find out what is on the calendar of events for the day, check on a package they’re expecting, report a maintenance issue, or just chat about their day.

The candidate must have an outgoing, warm, friendly personality with strong customer service and communication skills. This position requires a professional appearance and demeanor, as well as the ability to stay calm in emergency situations.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have Standard First Aid Certification – requirement
• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff, and visitors

The successful candidate will require a clear Police check to work with the Vulnerable Sector.
