Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to be the welcoming face at the club desk. You will greet Members, check them in, answer calls, and guide walk-ins while ensuring a friendly, clean, and safe environment.

You will know our memberships and club services well, assist with machine questions, and pursue opportunities to sell memberships and services while delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED certification required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to embrace company culture.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Previous customer service and sales experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about Fit-Fix and Cardio machines.
• Answer calls from Members and Potential Members, book appointments.
• Sell memberships, services, products and amenities when opportunities arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and support club runs to ensure a great Member experience.
