Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to greet members, check them in, and direct prospective members. You will handle calls, assist on the floor, and promote club services while maintaining a welcoming, clean environment to help members reach their fitness goals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and a positive attitude. Training and development are provided, with a focus on delivering an exceptional member experience daily.

Qualifications

• CPR-AED certification.
• Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service and sales experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be Pleasant and Present with every greeting and interaction.
• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Greet Potential Members and direct them accordingly.
• Answer incoming calls within three rings and take messages or book appointments.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about fitness equipment and services.
• Know memberships and club services to upsell when appropriate.
• Assist Members by updating information and resolving questions or issues.
• Handle comments and concerns in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new and current Members.
• Complete club runs and cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness.
• Attend required trainings and monthly meetings.
