Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to warmly greet Members and Potential Members, check them in, and guide first impressions at the Club. You will handle calls, assist on the floor with questions, and promote memberships and services while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions, resolve concerns, and participate in ongoing training in a fast-paced, energetic club setting.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED certification (required).
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills; ability to embrace company culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and Potential Members; check them in for workouts.
• Answer phones within three rings and book appointments.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions and sell memberships and services.
• Resolve member issues promptly with courteous professionalism.
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions and maintain cleanliness standards.
