Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with a positive, professional approach.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
• Support daily financial tasks, including posting cash and preparing bank deposits.
• Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and preparing documents.
• Assist with other administrative support tasks as needed.
