Job summary

Volvo of Halifax, part of Steele Auto Group, is seeking a dedicated Lot Attendant to keep our dealership looking its best. You will be responsible for displays, inventory presentation, vehicle prep, and assisting teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

No automotive experience is required, only attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail. A valid driver’s license is required, and we offer training and ongoing development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Enjoy staying active and working outdoors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive experience is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle displays clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Ensure inventory is properly positioned and presented on the lot.
• Inspect incoming vehicles and report concerns.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, fueling, charging, and deliveries.
• Photograph inventory for online listings.
• Maintain showroom and lot cleanliness year-round.
• Support sales and detail teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Take pride in making every vehicle look its best.

What You'll Do

As a Lot Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our dealership looks its best every single day. You'll be responsible for:

• Keeping our vehicle displays clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Ensuring inventory is properly positioned and presented throughout the lot
