Skin Vitality in Ontario is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to greet patients with warmth and professionalism, manage calls, schedule appointments, and support a seamless clinic flow across our London locations. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and teams to ensure every visit begins with a positive impression.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, medical clinics, spas, salons, or customer service is considered an asset—but it isn't everything.
• We can teach our systems.

Availability

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Applicants must:

• Be available to work a variety of shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and up to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
• Be comfortable travelling between our London clinics as business needs require.
