Job summary

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic in Toronto is seeking a friendly Front Desk Concierge to be the welcoming face of Canada's leading aesthetic treatments provider. You will deliver warm, professional service, manage check-ins and appointments, and support our busy clinics.

As part of a collaborative team spanning physicians and nurses, you’ll handle calls, payments, and patient information with accuracy. Availability includes mid to late shifts and occasional travel between our Toronto and Richmond

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, medical clinics, spas, salons, or customer service is asset—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls with confidence, providing exceptional service.
• Schedule appointments and keep clinics running smoothly.
• Guide patients through check-in and check-out processes.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient information.

Experience in reception, hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, medical clinics, dental offices, spas, salons, or customer service is considered an asset—but it isn’t everything.

Availability

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Applicants Must

• Be available to work a variety of shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and up to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
• Be comfortable travelling between our Toronto & Richmond Hill clinics as business needs require.
