Job summary

Kal Tire in West Kelowna, BC is hiring a Front Counter Sales Representative for a temporary, full-time contract. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping customers select products and services while keeping the store operations smooth.

You’ll greet customers, prepare quotes, look up parts, process transactions, and coordinate with the shop team to deliver a consistent, friendly experience. Must have customer service experience and be comfortable outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup) is an asset.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely.

Store Details

• Address: 2180 ELK RD UNIT 100, WESTBANK (WEST KELOWNA) BC
  Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30AM - 6:00PM
  • Saturday, Sunday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
