Job summary

Kal Tire in Vernon, BC is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative for a temporary, full-time contract. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers pick the right products and services while keeping the process moving.

You will join a team that supports one another and delivers a consistent, excellent customer experience. The role includes weekends and store-based shifts with hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Interest in automotive products and parts knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather.

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely

• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 7th, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
