Job summary

Kal Tire in Kamloops, BC, is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first point of contact in the store, helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary, full-time role for the contract duration, with a focus on delivering a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset).
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.

• Complete vehicle check-ins, including gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details (outdoors in all weather)
• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems

• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 08, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.

Hiring Process
