Kal Tire Mining Group is hiring a Front Counter Sales Representative in Lethbridge, AB. You will be the first contact for customers, helping them pick products and services while keeping operations moving.

This temporary, full-time role involves indoor/outdoor work with a team that values a consistent, friendly customer experience. Responsibilities include quotes, pricing lookups, invoicing, scheduling, and accurate record-keeping.

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely
