Job summary

Kal Tire in Canada is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first point of contact in the store, helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving.

You will join a team that values collaboration, safety, and a consistent customer experience, with shifts that may include weekends and either permanent or contract full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset).
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely.

Store Details

• Hours of Operation: Vary by location
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 14th

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
