Job summary

Kal Tire is hiring a Front Counter Sales Representative in Canada. You will be the first contact in the store, helping customers choose products and services while keeping operations moving. This temporary, full-time role supports a busy service area and a dynamic team environment.

You will greet customers, prepare quotes, handle check-ins, look up parts, process invoices, and maintain accurate records. The role requires strong communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store- helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.

Requirements

• Interest in automotive (tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset)
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as required
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely
