Walmart Canada in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a store associate to lead Fresh department activities, respond to inquiries, and train associates while ensuring high customer service and task completion. You will support salesfloor coverage, merchandising, safety, and daily operations under the Fresh Coach and Store Management.

Responsibilities include guiding task priorities, leading team huddles, scheduling reviews, and assisting with recruiting and onboarding.

Qualifications

Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
Directing and coordinating task completion with Fresh Coach and Store Management.
Communicating with associates and leading daily huddles.
Ensuring safety and cleanliness in the work environment.

Responsabilités

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and promoting products/services.
Assist in directing task completion per priorities from Fresh Coach and Store Management.
Assess department presentation and implement merchandising changes as needed.
Lead daily team huddles, share updates, and set goals for productivity.
Review schedules with People Lead and assign associates for coverage.
Identify training opportunities during tours with the Coach and team.
Ensure safe, clean, hazard-free environment and proper displays.
Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
Assist in performance management and growth conversations for associates.
