Job summary

Qualifications

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide product/service information.
• Coordinate tasks and priorities with Fresh Coach and Store Management.
• Lead daily huddles, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity.
• Assist in scheduling, merchandising, and safety/cleanliness checks.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of new associates where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with purchases.
• Lead task coordination and follow-ups based on priorities from the Fresh Coach.
• Assess department presentation and implement merchandising adjustments.
• Lead daily huddles, share updates, and set goals for the team.
• Assist in scheduling and coverage across store areas.
• Help train and develop associates through teaching and feedback.
