Job summary

Walmart Canada in Pointe-Claire, QC is hiring for a leadership-focused role in our Fresh department. You will assist in department processes, train associates, and ensure high customer service while completing tasks efficiently.

You will help coordinate schedules, monitor display quality, lead team huddles, and support recruiting and growth conversations with the coaching team. This is a full-time, onsite position in Canada.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product/service choices, and resolving issues.
• Coordinate daily tasks and priorities from the Fresh Coach and Store Management Team; delegate and follow up on task completion.
• Assess department presentation and merchandise displays; implement changes as needed.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, set goals, and monitor productivity.
• Review schedules with People Lead and assign associates to coverage as needed.
• Identify training opportunities during store tours and develop associates through teaching and feedback.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by adhering to policy and completing safety checks.
• Support GTA/Workday tasks and assist Management.
• Collaborate with Coach/People Lead on performance growth discussions and assist recruiting.
