Walmart in Saint-Hyacinthe, QC is seeking a Fresh department leader to assist with customer service excellence and department operations. You will guide tasks, supervise merchandising, and support scheduling while training associates and ensuring safety and clean stores.

The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and daily communication to meet workload and service goals in a busy store environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product choices and problem resolution.
• Coordinate tasks and delegate daily assignments to team members from Fresh Coach and Store Management.
• Monitor department presentation and merchandising, and implement changes as needed.
• Lead daily team huddle, communicate updates, set goals, and track productivity.
• Review schedules with People Lead and assign associates to coverage tasks.
• Identify training opportunities during tours and develop associates through teaching and feedback.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following policies and completing safety logs.
• Support GTA/Workday tasks and partner with coaches to facilitate performance and growth conversations.
