Job summary

Oxford Learning Nepean is seeking a part-time French teacher/tutor to support K-12 students in a small-group setting. You will teach up to three students at different levels, both online and in-person, following Oxford Learning methodologies and providing post-lesson notes and daily updates.

A strong background in spoken and written French and English is essential, with a preference for those who can teach up to Grade 8 (Grade 12 as a plus) and hold a teaching certification.

Qualifications

• Strong background in spoken and written French and English.
• Instruct class sessions in French.
• Experience teaching/tutoring French at a Grade K-12 (or equivalent).
• Must be able to commute to Nepean area; in-person role.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 3 students at a time at different levels.
• Teach online and in-person sessions as needed.
• Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and fill post-lesson notes.
• Complete daily student communication updates.
• Maintain friendly and professional manner at all times.
