Job summary

Integratedcooling is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to partner with Krux customers, drive onboarding, training, and successful adoption of the platform. You will support implementation, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure customers gain maximum value from Krux solutions. Travel up to 30% may be required, and a hybrid work arrangement is possible after probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Geology, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years in Customer Success, Customer Support, or related roles; SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through implementation.
• Deliver training, product demonstrations, and provide ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage customer inquiries in the CRM.
