Outlier is seeking independent contractors to train AI models by performing live English conversations, rating responses, and providing concise written feedback. You’ll assess naturalness, usefulness and clarity across voice, image and video outputs.

This freelance remote role offers flexible hours and requires strong attention to detail and clear communication. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher), fluent English, and experience writing evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge how well they follow prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
