TransUnion is seeking a Director, Solutions Consulting to evolve the function, develop scalable methodologies, and drive client-centric value with Sales, Product, and Data Science partners. This leadership role focuses on market-facing strategy, capability development, and delivering impact for strategic accounts.

The Director of Credit Risk Solutions Consulting leads a team of Solutions Consultants who partner with Sales and clients to uncover critical business issues and align them with TransUnion's solutions. Serving as a critical component of TransUnion's Trusted Advisor strategy, the team combines deep industry and product expertise with consultative engagement to drive product and solutions adoption, strengthen client relationships, and provide market insights that influence product strategy, innovation, and solution development. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
This role is responsible for defining and leading the evolution of the Solutions Consulting function, including consulting methodologies, engagement models, capability development, and resource deployment. The successful candidate will establish a scalable operating model that maximizes efficiency, supports strategic growth priorities, and strengthens TransUnion's position as a trusted advisor to customers. Working closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and other business leaders, this role will drive a more integrated and consultative approach to solution adoption while ensuring the organization maintains a compelling, market-leading point of view. The leader will lead by example through direct engagements for key clients and strategic initiatives, while building, coaching and developing a high-performing team and cultivating future leadership talent. This role will partner with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Sales leadership to develop and align thought leadership that supports customer engagement, market positioning, and solution adoption. Representing TransUnion externally through industry events, strategic customer engagements, and market-facing initiatives that reinforce the company's Trusted Advisor brand.
The expected pay range for this position is $174,000 - $245,000 annually. The pay information provided for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of expected compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of many factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
