Franchise & Store Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveFranchise & Store Development Specialistto lead our brand expansion efforts through franchise recruitment and new store setup. This role involves identifying potential business partners, negotiating franchise agreements, and overseeing the full process of store planning and execution—from site selection to store launch.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential franchisees through targeted outreach and market research
• Present franchise opportunities and build strong business relationships with potential partners
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to draft and finalize franchise agreements
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new store locations
• Coordinate store planning and layout design with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure adherence to brand construction and quality standards
• Supervise on-site construction progress and ensure timely delivery of store infrastructure and equipment
• Track post-opening performance and assist new partners in initial operational adjustments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise development, business expansion, or retail store project management
• Familiarity with commercial leasing, site selection, and construction coordination
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different cities simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools and office software (e.g., Excel, PPT, AutoCAD is a plus)
• Fluency in English & Mandarin
• Willingness to travel as needed for site visits or partner meetings
