You will gain broad operational exposure, mentorship, and leadership training to drive successful store ownership across Atlantic Canada.

Frequent travel (up to 70%), relocation opportunities within Atlantic Canada, and a chance to build a national network

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in grocery or retail.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, develop, and lead teams.
• Strong understanding of store operations, merchandising, and financial performance (P&L, budgeting, shrink, labour).
• Experience leading teams in unionized and non-unionized environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support special projects including new store openings and renovations.
• Develop understanding of the franchise ownership model.
• Build experience across high-performing grocery franchise locations.
