Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in grocery and/or retail; Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience preferred.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, develop, and lead high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of store operations, merchandising, and financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, shrink and labor management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to connect with and engage teams.
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
• Commitment to community engagement and values-driven leadership.
• Experience leading teams in unionized and non-unionized environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build experience across high-performing grocery franchise locations.
• Lead and support special projects, including new store openings, renovations, and banner-wide initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of the franchise ownership model.
• Strengthen financial acumen and operational expertise.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced Franchise Owners and retail leaders.
• Build a national network to support long-term success as a Franchise Owner.
