Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Development Specialist to identify, engage, and onboard entrepreneurial leaders excited to build their own Intelligent Automation business under the Valenta brand. This role is pivotal in expanding our global footprint by attracting high-caliber professionals to join our innovative franchise model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Franchise Placement: Source, qualify, and engage prospective franchise partners passionate about innovation and business transformation.
  • Conduct Discovery Calls and Presentations: Educate candidates on the Valenta franchise opportunity, including our Intelligent Automation offerings, support model, and value proposition.
  • Manage Pipeline: Maintain strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the selection and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to align franchise placement strategies with growth goals.
  • Represent Valenta: Attend virtual and live franchise expos, industry events, and networking forums as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in franchise development, sales, or Franchise placement, preferably within B2B or technology sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to inspire and influence high-caliber professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passion for business innovation and intelligent automation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools and a structured sales or franchise onboarding process.
  • Self-Starter: Thrives in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment.
