Provide leadership and coaching to franchisees and the Operations team to meet short and long-term company and operational objectives. Use your knowledge of restaurant operations and staff resources to advise franchise owners/operators, aiming to enhance sales, profits, operational standards, and customer satisfaction. Protect Dairy Queen trademarks and gain support from DMA chairpeople and franchisee leadership to achieve objectives.
Partner with DQCI staff to support franchise development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies. Monitor compliance with food safety, menu standards, trademark protection, and DQCI standards.

Work Environment: Positions based out of Burlington, Ontario, will follow a hybrid schedule with 2 in-office days weekly. Additional in-office support may be required.
