Job description

We have partnered with a Leader in Fire Protection and Safety Solutions and are looking to recruit a Business Development Representative, GTA. As a dynamic Business Development Representative, you will drive new business leads. This leader in fire safety provides expert design, installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, emergency lighting, and suppression systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional property management groups. Generate and nurture new business leads effectively. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build professional networks. Leverage CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and new business progress. Targeting large businesses as well as SMB clients and managing the comprehensive sales cycle, inclusive of initial acquisition and future growth. Develop a pipeline of clients to achieve and exceed targets, quarterly and annually. Comfort using technology, CRM, MS Office Suite, Internal portals. Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales with a substantial book of business. Experience meeting quotas for new business. Creative and resourceful skillset to connect with prospects and generate net new business. Experience in researching and qualifying clients and managing a sales pipeline.
