Sage Intacct Application Consultant (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support client software implementations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines
• Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation
• Proactively communicate with clients and team members to ensure exceptional client satisfaction

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Sage Intacct ERP software
• Demonstrated accounting/financial skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience (preferred)

Location:

• Work from home
• Mid-west preferred, with travel up to 20-30%
