Job summary

Rennaï seeks a talented Fragrance Advisor to elevate customer experiences in a luxury beauty setting. You will build connections with clients, provide tailored fragrance recommendations, and represent the brand with professionalism.

Reporting to the Fragrance Manager, you will stay current on fragrance trends, conduct consults, and participate in brand events. This is a part-time role with benefits after 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and inspiring Fragrance Advisor entrusted with advancing the success of our business through exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be eager to learn, have a keen eye for the latest trends, an extensive knowledge of fragrance, and play a critical role in creating a personalized customer experience anchored in self-care.

Reporting to the Fragrance Manager, the Fragrance Advisor will be trained and will help build genuine connections with our valued clientele, ensuring they discover and embrace their individual beauty.

This position includes a benefits package for Part Time employees who work more than 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Build trusted relationships with customers by actively listening, maintaining self-awareness, engaging in conversation, and demonstrating genuine care and empathy in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Expert Product Knowledge

• Knowledge of different fragrance families, notes, and scents.
• Stay up to date with the latest fragrance launches to deliver accurate and relevant advice to customers.

Fragrance Consultations

• Inform customers on fragrance and the different lines that exists withing the fragrance family.
• Help customers discover and select the perfect fragrance for any occasion.
• Offer product samples to customers to enhance their experience.

Goals

• Consistently achieve department goals by effectively communicating the unique value of our luxury beauty products and providing exceptional customer service.
• Utilize solid interpersonal skills to upsell and cross-sell products, ensuring customers have a comprehensive beauty experience tailored to their preferences.

THE FIRST YEAR

Training on brands, company culture, and ways of working. Learning policies and procedures and technologies/ platforms. Operations, customer service, and continued brand education.

• Previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably in luxury retail or beauty.
