Responsibilities

Nail Services

• Perform nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and other nail and skin treatments using advanced techniques and high‑quality products.
• Provide personalized recommendations on treatments and products, demonstrating an understanding of color theory and skin tones, tailored to clients’ needs, concerns, and goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area while adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Client Experience

• Build trusting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, exceptional service.
• Offer follow‑up recommendations and establish personalized nail care routines to encourage long‑term client loyalty.

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with other nail technicians and team members to create a cohesive, positive, and accountable work environment.
• Share knowledge, ideas, and best practices to collectively achieve department goals and client satisfaction.

Required Skills And Experience

• Valid Nail Technician license or certification from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a high‑volume retail, spa, health club, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of nail services, trends, techniques, client preferences, and treatments, with a focus on luxury brands/products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (French and English).
• Outstanding client service and relationship‑building skills with a strong sales mindset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
