Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic freelance sales associate to provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations, and deliver a welcoming, personalized in-store experience.

You will work with a high-performing team on in-store events, support visual merchandising standards, and receive exceptional training and competitive remuneration to grow within a leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; newcomers welcome and capable of delivering personalized service
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events
• Experience with point-of-sale software is a plus

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make-up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise.
