COBS Bread is seeking an experienced Manager, FP&A to partner with senior leadership across North America, guiding budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.

The role emphasizes building financial models, delivering insights, and driving franchise profitability, with potential for extension beyond six months for strong performers.

Candidates should have 8+ years in finance, CPA/CA/CFA preferred, and be able to translate numbers into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A experience with advanced financial modelling capabilities.
• Ability to translate financial information into practical business insights.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting across North America (Canada & USA).
• Manage short- and long-range financial planning and forecasting cycles.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into performance and trends.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Lead monthly financial reviews with department leaders and monitor KPIs.
• Partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Projects, Marketing, and Franchisees to provide insights.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and market opportunities.
• Evaluate investment decisions and ROI, risks, and opportunities.
