Job summary

Onex is seeking a Manager to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The Manager will own the long-term corporate financial model, incorporate fee-related earnings and capital deployment, and partner with senior leaders across Corporate Finance.

The role emphasizes forecasting, management reporting, and driving improvements in reporting processes while acting as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term corporate financial model, integrate fundraising and investment income.
• Lead capital allocation analysis and reporting to senior management and Board.
• Stress-test models under fundraising and market scenarios; translate results for strategic planning.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, automation and data quality enhancements.
• Lead ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
• Coordinate external reporting support and ensure accuracy of financial disclosures.
