Job summary

The Finlink Group is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our Brampton finance team. This senior role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to support strategic business decisions.

You will collaborate with management across departments, build financial models, monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve profitability. The ideal candidate has several years in FP&A, preferably in logistics or transportation, and is comfortable working on-site in Brampton.

Qualifications

• Several years of progressive FP&A or senior finance experience.
• Ideally from Logistics, Transportation, Freight or Supply Chain industries.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, modelling and variance analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance.
• Experience preparing management reports and presenting financial results.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders and senior management.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Brampton.

FP&A Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Brampton, ON | Full On-Site

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our client's finance team in Brampton.

This is a senior-level opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial planning and analysis who can do more than just report numbers. You will play an important role in supporting business decisions through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.

Working closely with management and different departments, you will help provide financial insights, identify trends and support the business in achieving its financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance.
• Experience preparing management reports and presenting financial results.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders and senior management.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in Brampton.
