About The Role
As our Founding Business Development Lead, you'll be a driving force in bringing our innovative technology to market. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and securing those crucial early customers and partnerships that will fuel our growth. This is a high-impact, high-reward opportunity for a passionate and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Sales: Identify, qualify, and pursue leads within target markets (e.g., healthcare providers, telehealth companies, research institutions)
  2. Early-Stage Sales: Masterfully articulate the value proposition of Amplifier Health's technology, emphasizing both its current capabilities and its future potential
  3. Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and medical research groups to advance clinical trials and research collaborations
  4. Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy, including pricing, sales channels, and marketing initiatives
  5. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
  6. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform our business development efforts

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in healthcare or technology startups, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and grow revenue from first customer onward
  • Startup Experience: Experience working in early-stage startups, understanding challenges and opportunities of bringing new tech to market
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulations
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and trust with stakeholders
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to long-term business development strategies
  • Results-Oriented: Driven, with a strong work ethic and passion for exceeding expectations
