About the Role :

We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to lead sales efforts for one of our service lines in 2025. We are looking for talent with a background in selling QA, Localization, and Audio services. Operating fully remotely from North America, you will be a key player in our Global Business Development team, driving strategic sales initiatives and cultivating strong client relationships. Your expertise will be essential in expanding our service offerings and fostering long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Collaborate with the Service Line division, Client Partners, and Business Development Representatives to identify and target high-potential clients for our Localization, QA, and Audio services.
  2. Design and implement sales strategies tailored to prospective clients, driving growth and market expansion.
  3. Partner with the Globalize Solutions Architecture team to qualify leads, align with business goals, and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  4. Provide exceptional client support by managing expectations in partnership with the Globalize Solutions team and Portfolio Directors, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  5. Represent our company at industry trade conferences, supporting visibility and engagement at exhibitions.
  6. Follow the company's sales methodology, produce reports, and track metrics to inform decision-making.
  7. Support account management efforts, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to strategic review meetings for long-term success.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience selling our services in the gaming industry or related fields.
  2. Success in managing commercial client relationships.
  3. Experience with Language AI or testing automation solutions.
  4. Ability to collaborate with central functions to support growth.
  5. Experience working with Solutions Architecture teams and representing a suite of services.
