Qualifications

• 0–2 years of construction experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist piling and foundation crews with daily construction activities.
• Prepare and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with drilling, piling, excavation, and foundation preparation.
• Load, unload, and organize materials at the worksite.
• Support equipment operators and skilled tradespeople as directed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow site safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Assist with basic measurements, marking, and site preparation.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or hazards to supervisors.
• Perform other general construction duties as required.
