Job summary

Hall Shoring & Foundations is seeking a dedicated Labourer to support on-site foundation drilling and shoring work in Edmonton. You will perform basic tasks, operate a pressure washer, and help maintain a safe, well-organized site.

Ideal candidates have a safety-oriented mindset, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to work 10–12 hour shifts as needed. This role offers growth within a supportive team and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre access alcohol and drug testing.
• 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Piling / Foundation Drilling Experience is a benefit. CFA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shoveling drilling spoils and concrete.
• Chipping concrete.
• Pressure washing and cleaning top of finished piles.
• Utilize bandsaw to trim center bar.
• Complete basic math calculations and use a measuring tape.
• Work around foundation drilling equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and spotting equipment.
• Work 10-12hrs per shift, when required.

Labourers are essential in driving production on site and in the trench. They are expected to have demonstrated competency to a supervisor, or designated mentor, in all Core Responsibilities of a Labourer. It is an expectation they adhere to the policies outlined in Hall’s HSE and are an active participant in site organization and safety.

Core Responsibilities

• Shoveling drilling spoils and concrete.
• Chipping concrete.
• Pressure washing and cleaning top of finished piles.
• Utilize bandsaw to trim center bar
• Complete basic math calculations and use a measuring tape
• Working around foundation drilling equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping, spotting equipment.
• Working 10-12hrs per shift, when required.

You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills:

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Must know how to operate a pressure washer.
• You have knowledge on safe work procedures.
