Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management for construction projects.
• Ability to tender projects with senior PM and review quantities.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and schedule tracking.

Responsibilities

• Tendering projects with senior PM and review quantities/take off.
• Build relationships with GC and manage cash flow forecasting.
• Review drawings for constructability and maintain 6-week/weekly updates.
• Submit T&M claims weekly and manage delay logs and claims.
• Oversee shop drawings, progress invoicing, and coordination with other trades.
• Conduct weekly site reviews and manage RFIs/changes.
