Job summary

Qualifications

• Build relationships with GC and manage cash flow forecasting.
• Review drawings for constructability and maintain 6-week/weekly updates.
• Submit T&M claims weekly and manage delay logs and claims.
• Oversee shop drawings, progress invoicing, and coordination with other trades.
• Conduct weekly site reviews and manage RFIs/changes.

Glenform Building Ltd. specializes in concrete formwork with a strong domestic and international presence in the construction industry.

We are seeking an experienced project manager to drive a project based in Colwood (outside Victoria, BC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Tendering Projects with Senior PM and review quantities/take off
• Relationship building with GC.
• Cash flow and manpower forecasting
• Drawing Review – making sure site team and coordinator has:
  • Overlay of drawings between Architectural and Structural
  • Identified any conflicts and constructability issues.
  • Help with first 6 week and make sure it is being updated weekly.
  • Review weekly 6 week to make sure it is keeping on track with baseline schedule
• Submit T&M claims weekly
• Delay log – review and submit claims as required, notifying GC of delays as necessary
• Shop Drawings – weekly check in with coordinator
• Progress Claim (invoicing)
• Request Other Trades Shops – elevator, embeds, anchors, door frames etc.
  • Productivity Review
  • Schedule review
  • Material and Manpower forecast review
  • Safety inspection
  • Quality review including pre/post pour sheets and as-builts
  • Site Safety
• Weekly Site Review – (Teams)
  • Review upcoming works – confirm all information available down to column sizes, pour heights etc.

  • Review T&M extra works – sheets being signed and notification of new items.
